Our brief is to prepare all contractual documents such as lease agreements, employment contracts, render legal opinions and generally ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Advised on the drafting of rules for the regulation of the Energy Sector under the Electricity Regulatory Board.

Advised a quarter of the banks in Kenya on governance and Central Bank of Kenya’s Prudential Guidelines on shareholding limitation requiring that shareholders who are also managers of banks must not hold more than five (5) per centum of the shares.
Acted for a number of entrepreneurs and international financial institutions that were in the process of establishing a major commercial bank presence in Kenya with a core capital of Kshs 1 Billion. (The bank has established the first Sharia compliant Insurance Company in East Africa and we have been retained to undertake all the legal work.)
We are acting for a major telecommunications company that majors in in ICT, and involved in the building of fibre optic networks in East Africa region.
We advised on the Anti-Money Laundering law and regulatory regimes that became law effective July 28, 2010.
