CONFLICT OF INTEREST PROCEDURES
The firm has put in place a conflict of interest control procedures. Before accepting any instructions from clients, the firm runs a conflict check to see whether the new client has interest adverse to any existing clients.
The firm’s policies and guidelines on conflict check and file opening are available to all employees. In addition, the firm trains all new employees on the need for conflict check.

The firm has an excellent working relationship with members of the industry and works in conjunction with other law firms in the East African Region, England, Spain, Canada and the United States of America.
STANDARD FEE STRUCTURE
The firm is flexible in its fee structure. We use both the Advocates’ Remuneration Order and hourly billing for those who wish to be billed by the hour. Disbursements are normally billed at cost. Whether using the Advocates’ Remuneration Order or the hourly billing, the firm will provide accurate and detailed billing on all matters that it has handled.
